Abune Gorgorios II Academy (AGA) is an educational initiative established under Mahibere Kidusan North America to nurture children and youth in the faith, teachings, and traditions of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church (EOTC). The academy strives to integrate academic excellence with spiritual formation, helping children grow in both knowledge and faith. Through structured after-school and weekend programs, AGA provides a Christ-centered environment where students develop strong moral character, a deep understanding of Orthodox values, and a lifelong commitment to the Church. The academy also aims to bridge the cultural and spiritual gap faced by the Ethiopian Orthodox community in the diaspora by offering education grounded in both faith and identity.
